Having used diet and lifestyle changes to recover from her own physical and mental health challenges, Nutrition and Health Coach Lisa Dunbar is now on a mission to educate, motivate and inspire others to live a healthier life.
Lisa Dunbar is a BComm International graduate from 2006. Having worked in project management and management consulting for almost 10 years, Lisa first became interested in food and health in 2015 after her physical and mental health had hit rock bottom. She was determined to take ownership of improving her health and went on to study with the Irish Institute of Nutrition and Health where she was awarded a BTEC Advanced Diploma in Nutrition and Health Coaching. Lisa now works one to one with clients and also delivers a range of inspirational Workplace Wellness talks and programmes for businesses all over Ireland. Her mission is to educate and inspire people to live a healthier, happier life. She passionately believes that everyone should know how good it feels to feel good!
