Clocking Distances: A Step-by-Step Guide to Tracking Your Active Wellbeing Journey

Embarking on the UCD Business Alumni Global Challenge is not just about the physical activities; it's also about celebrating the milestones of your journey by accurately tracking the distances you cover. Here's a simple step-by-step guide on how to clock your distances and share your achievements on our interactive dashboard.

Step 1: Navigate to the Dashboard

Log in to your UCD Business Alumni Global Challenge account and head to the dashboard. Look for the "Submit Distance" tab – this is where the magic happens!

Step 2: Enter Your Distance

Once you're on the "Submit Distance" tab, you'll find a field to enter the distance you've covered. Whether you've walked, run, cycled, or engaged in any other activity, input the distance in kilometres. Remember to enter numbers only in this field.

Step 3: Add to the Gallery

Capture the essence of your active moments by adding a photo to the gallery. Share anything interesting from your journey – it could be a scenic view from your walk, a snapshot of your workout space, or a group photo with fellow participants. Adding to the gallery is optional, but it's a great way to visually connect with the global community.

Step 4: Submit Your Achievements

Once you've entered your distance and added a photo (if you wish), hit the submit button. Your accomplishment will now be a part of the collective effort to circumnavigate the globe. Your contribution matters, and this step ensures that your progress is counted towards the overall goal of 45,000 kilometres.

Note on Gallery Submissions

While we encourage you to share your experiences through photos, please be mindful that any pictures or screenshots showing specific distances or steps clocked will be removed from the gallery. Let's keep the focus on the journey itself and the vibrant, diverse moments that make up our shared experience.
